Now, giving out licensed characters as digital scrapbooking freebies is still a "gray area" for me. I read in some blogs who are also giving away licensed characters that as long as it's for personal use and I'm not making any profit on it, it's okay. Oh! well, I've been reading http://jenjen.typepad.com/stoppiracy/ to make me enlightened but somehow, I can't find any specifications regarding this issue: the legality of licensed characters being used as digital scrapbooking freebies.
Hence, my only recourse is to share any digitals scrapbooking kits using licenced characters only for a limited time, maybe three days at the most. I guess that would be fair as I only intend to use these characters for me to learn new techniques in designing as well as for my own personal use.
With that, I'm informing everyone that the download link for the Sailor Moon Kit will already be removed on Thursdays, April 10. So, those who want to download them will still have time to do so.
The Pooh & Company Kit will also expire on Thursday (April 10), for the elements and papers. I will still upload the Pooh stickers and stuffed toys and they will be available tomorrow, Tuesday, that means download will expire on Friday (April 11).
By the way, if any of you has come across an article regarding this issue, kindly email the link or leave me a comment so that I will be enlightened. And please, leave some comments, I love reading them.
To appreciate how beautiful each element is, you can click on the preview for a larger view. They are saved at 300 dpi (paper is 12x12). Each sticker/icon/element is more than 4 inches each. They are not pixelated coz I didn't get them from the web.

Thankyou for the adorable Pooh papers and elements. I know nothing about copyright, but I LOVE having these type of characters. Anymore would be most welcome here.
Thanks you so much. I found you through Maria's site. My sister loves pooh big time. They are hoping to adopt this summer and I've promised to do some scrapbook pages for them. These will be perfect as they will use pooh for the nursery.
